Senior Associate - Structured Solutions  Job Summary :  The candidate will work as a critical part of the fund raising team, both equity and debt, and drive the business.   Key Result Areas :  - Origination and finalization of Mandate  - Undertake Sector & Market Research and generate reports.  - Undertake financial statement analysis, which includes analysis of P&L, balance sheet, and key ratios.  - Undertake Basic Valuations and financial modelling.  - Prepare credit rating/evaluation reports, based on management discussion, financial and business risk analysis.  - Recommend rating/evaluation, based on detailed analysis.  - Prepare and finalize deal collaterals such as teasers, pitch books/ Information Memorandum, financial model etc.  - Client relationship management   - Capability of working Independently on Deals with support from the BBG team  - Understanding of Fund raising for small companies both Debt & Equity  - Relationships with Private equity funds / VC and NBFC's  - Basic financial Modeling and Valuation of Business  - Preparation of IM and Teaser, Pitchbook etc  Preferred Skill Set / Education / Background :  - MBA from a reputed institute having 3 to 5 years of experience in an investment Bank.  - Hands on experience in preparing and analyzing investment proposals  - Excellent knowledge of financial management and financial concepts and various valuation techniques.  - Strong interpersonal skills ability to build relationships, work in teams  - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and   - Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Power Point.
