IndusInd Bank - Risk Strategy/Risk Policy Professional - Credit Card Vertical

- Define and own credit card risk strategy across the customer lifecycle, aligned to the organization's risk appetite and business objectives

- Create, review, and govern risk policies and strategy frameworks for acquisition, underwriting, portfolio management, and exposure control

- Translate portfolio insights and macro trends into forward- looking strategic actions (tightening, expansion, segmentation changes)

- Monitor portfolio performance at a strategic level (vintages, delinquency trends, losses) and assess strategy effectiveness vs intent

- Drive policy and strategy change proposals and present recommendations to risk and business.

- Partner with risk and business teams to ensure consistent strategy execution within approved risk frameworks

- Ensure strong risk governance, documentation, and alignment with regulatory and audit expectations

- Demonstrated experience in designing and evolving risk strategies, with hands- on exposure to risk policy creation and ownership
