IndusInd Bank - Relationship Manager - Mid Market Group

Description:

- To acquire new clients

- Well versed with credit for note preparing and proposing and getting the case sanctioned from risk.

- Must be thorough with disbursement process (legal / valuation )

- To deepen share of wallet for the acquired portfolio

- Should have ability and experience of putting the case in front of committee for sanction

- Should have the knowledge of local market where he knows the leading mid corporate clients

- Ability to structure the facility as per client and bank needs

- Engage & co-ordinate with various internal teams for relevant approvals, documentation, limit setup, disbursement, post-disbursement compliances and monitoring. Ensure end-to-end transaction execution from origination to completion.

- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining credit health of the portfolio & take appropriate steps to proactively mitigate any sign of stress in the portfolio.

- Ability to structure the facilities as per the clients need and banks strategy ensuring optimum profitability & sustainability of the business within the regulatory framework.
