Job Purpose / Overall Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth in the Corporate Banking segment by acquiring new clients, managing the existing portfolio, and supporting the Zonal Head in operational and business development activities. The role involves endtoend credit handling, including credit appraisal, sanctions, and disbursements, with a strong focus on aggressive growth through newtobank relationships.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Acquire new MidCorporate / Corporate Banking clients and expand the banks presence in the assigned geography.

- Manage and grow the existing client portfolio by deepening relationships and increasing share of wallet.

- Prepare highquality credit appraisal notes, proposals, and financial analyses for submission to Risk and Credit Committees.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely sanctioning of credit proposals.

- Handle endtoend disbursement processes, including legal documentation, valuation, and compliance requirements.

- Present credit proposals before sanctioning committees and effectively address queries raised by Risk and Credit teams.

- Structure credit facilities in line with client requirements, risk norms, and the banks policies.

- Maintain strong market knowledge and relationships, with a thorough understanding of leading MidCorporate clients in the local market.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and credit quality standards.
