Specific Roles and Responsibilities: - To acquire new clients - Well versed with credit for note preparing and proposing & getting the case sanctioned from risk - Must be thorough with disbursement process (legal / valuation, etc.) - To deepen share of wallet for the acquired portfolio, - Should have the ability and experience of putting the case in front of committee for sanction, - Should have knowledge of the local market where he / she knows the leading Mid Corporate Clients, - Ability to structure the facilities as per the client and banks need. Education and Work Experience Requirements: EDUCATION: - Essential requirement: Graduate or Post Graduate - Preferred: CA/MBA Finance WORK EXPERIENCE: - Essential requirement: Minimum 6 years and above - Preferred: 6 to 9 years work experience in the Banking Industry Specific requirements: - Needs to have handled a similar role in a peer Bank, - Multi-tasking with crisis management capabilities, - Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, - Balanced Sales and credit orientation.
