Relationship Manager- Commercial Banking Group
Description:
- Drive new client acquisition while managing and strengthening the existing ELC (Emerging Local Corporates) portfolio, ensuring long-term relationship value and growth.
- Structure credit facilities in line with client requirements and the banks business strategy, ensuring optimal profitability, sustainability, and strict adherence to regulatory and risk frameworks.
- Leverage strong knowledge of the local market, with established familiarity and relationships with key ELC clients and industry participants.
- Conduct credit risk assessment, including preparation of credit appraisal notes, term sheets, and financial models; collaborate with credit teams to address queries and present proposals to senior management and sanction forums.
- Coordinate cross functionally with internal teams for approvals, documentation, limit setup, disbursement, post disbursement compliance, and ongoing monitoring, ensuring smooth end to end transaction execution from origination to closure.
- Build and manage senior-level relationships with ELC clients to deepen wallet share, negotiate pricing, and cross-sell banking products such as Cash Management Services (CMS), salary accounts, corporate cards, and insurance solutions.
