Job title: Regional Head - Government Banking

Grade Band: Senior Management

Location: Vizag / Vijayawada Location

BU/Function: Branch Banking

Reports to: Zonal Head - Government Banking

Monitor Government Banking & Channel wise performance for the Region on business objectives and parameters.

Review and take corrective action with the Branch Managers & Regional Channel Managers to ensure delivery of key objectives:

- Distribution Expansion of all product suite

- New to Bank customer acquisition

- Activity Plans

- Volume, Yield, Fees and Client engagement

- Review areas of opportunity in branches /channels and create plans to tap opportunities to deliver business objectives

- Hire, Monitor and Motivate team in the region to deliver planned KRAs.

Manage attrition in the region within the assigned levels

Customer Service Delivery & Operations management including:

- Sales Management

- Service Management

- Transaction Management

- Brand Management

- Audit & Compliance

Essential requirement: 10 to 15 years experience (Minimum)

Preferred: 10 -12 years, out of which 5-7 years should be in Government Banking preferably Regional roles with min 10 - 12 branches.

Any specific requirements:

Applicant should have a vintage of at least 10-15 years in the Bank.

Good exposure and knowledge of the full suite of products offered by Consumer Bank (CASA, FD, Insurance, Investments).
