Regional Head - Corporate Liability - East/North/South

Position Purpose: To build the Liabilities portfolio and grow portfolio @25% CAGR YoY.

Key client set:

- Deepen Share of Wallet and unlock value for Liabilities in existing CCBG portfolio

- Cash rich companies looking for cost efficiencies and customized solutions

- Digital first, Startup/ New Age Companies

- PE VCs, AIFs, PSPs in GIFT, GCCs, IT/ ITES companies

Position Responsibilities:

- To generate and grow the Liabilities Book by unlocking the value in the existing CCBG client set in collaboration with the respective teams.

- New Business Development in Digital first, Startup/ New Age Companies, PE VCs, AIFs, PSPs in GIFT, GCCs, IT/ ITES companies

- Cross Sell products of the bank across Treasury, Corporate finance/ advisory, Supply chain, Digital banking, Connected Banking, Retail liabilities and Assets.

- Responsible for deal origination, structuring and management of liabilities accounts.

- Be able to identify new products and opportunities and evaluate used cases.

- Work on initiatives with other businesses, product, service and operations teams to fetch large value for bank.

- Should have good knowledge of digital banking, APIs, Cash and trade as well as retail products
