Eligibility Criteria:

- MBA Finance/CA with minimum 10 years of total banking experience

- Knowledge of Working capital products in Agri SME space will be an added advantage.

- Team handling experience of atleast 3-4 years.

Job Description:

- To acquire working capital cases from the market from Agri SME space.

- To lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers.

- To recruit, hire and train the manpower for his/her own team.

- To achieve assigned target for book growth, fees and cross sell.

- To maintain hygiene and compliance in the assigned portfolio.
