Description:
Business Development & Growth:
- Acquire working capital cases from the Agri SME market through direct sourcing and channel partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve assigned targets for:
1. Book Growth (loan portfolio expansion)
2. Fee Income
3. Cross-Sell of allied products (insurance, trade finance, etc.)
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Senior Relationship Managers (SRMs).
- Recruit, hire, and train team members to ensure capability building and productivity.
- Set clear performance goals and conduct regular reviews to drive accountability and motivation.
Portfolio Management:
- Maintain portfolio hygiene by ensuring timely renewals, monitoring overdue accounts, and minimizing NPAs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
- Implement risk management practices to safeguard asset quality.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to enhance business outcomes.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and product teams for smooth execution of deals.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and report regional performance metrics to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to improve productivity and profitability.
