JOB PURPOSE:  - To define, lead and execute the Salary product and Channel strategy through various teams like Technology, Product and Marketing.   - The incumbent will be required to handle the complete aspect of product management i.e., driving business on specific product parameters so as to achieve quality growth of Salary Account book and also institutionalizing engagement with corporates at regular intervals  DETAILED RESPONSIBILITY:  - Responsible for complete ownership of the Salary Channel including new product launches and roadmap design based on geographies.  - Increase salary credit percentage in the overall Salary a/c Portfolio  - Responsible for Increasing the NBD penetration   - Design and execute product centric campaigns around building of CA book  - Mining of the existing portfolio in order to upsell correct product mix  - Analyse salary account portfolio and provide geography wise analytics to support business  - Automation of salary products and MIS management  - Lead management initiatives for cross sell initiatives  - Plan RnR Contest for Acquisition & Cross sell  - Identify scope of improvement on systems and processes   - Drive Channels on Contests / Campaigns  - Plan and implement Central communication to customers  - Coordinate and ensure training of the sales team on documentation standards as per Bank's policies along with training team  PREFERRED SKILL SET:  - Relevant 3-5 years- experience in Corporate Sales  - MBA from recognized university  - Proficient in MS office (excel/ PPT)  - Analytical and Project management skills  - Excellent Communication Skills  - Interpersonal skills
