IndusInd Bank - Product Manager

The position is for an experienced Product Manager who will be crafting product roadmap, develop and prioritize features to create/enhance state-of-the-art product for Vehicle Loans. The role will lead a team of Product functionaries who liaison with Tech, Credit, Business and Analytics

Location: Chennai

Skills Sets & Experience

1. MBA/PGDM with 5 years of experience in BFSI sector; Bachelor's degree in computer science is an added advantage

2. Experience in B2B or B2C platforms; Handled B2B journeys involving Loan origination system which are built on light weight architecture. Work experience in platforms built on top of Sales Force, Zoho are preferred

3. Handled Platforms which are Direct customer facing journeys, end to end digital engagements with the end users. Work experience in B2C native mobile applications, WhatsApp conversational banking are preferred

4. Experience in Business Rule Engine for risk based pricing and customer segmentation; Should have handled Financial services API from Transunion, Perfios, Karza, Protean etc.

5. The candidate should know in-depth lending practices and aware/worked in digital journeys of Fintechs

6. Experience working with industry standard project management frameworks, Tools - Confluence, JIRA etc. are preferred. Should have work experience with any of the query language tool for data retrieval

7. Experience in closely working with Application developers, Quality Analyst and to speak their language in getting things done

8. Experience in working in an ambiguity environment and turning the product from 0 to 1. Part of GTM strategy, involved in product launches and measuring the adoption & retention as a major OKR

9. Zeal in making an innovative idea into a measurable product while the emphasize is on the value addition for the business

10. Completer-finisher mindset to ensure the initiatives are completed and the business impact is realized; Should be an implementation specialist
