Alliance Partner Acquisition & Management
1. Drive key partnerships with FinTech players across segments such as personal loans, credit cards, loans against shares, savings accounts, and fixed deposits.
2. Develop partnerships across areas including:
- Designing new products for specific customer segments
- Co-lending arrangements
- Distribution of the bank's products to new clients
- Distribution of partners' complementary products to the bank's clients
3. Review the market landscape to identify relevant and scalable partners.
4. Evaluate partner business models, identify synergies, and create business cases for review by committees involving product, risk, technology, and compliance.
5. Collaborate closely with the Solution Delivery Group and Product team to design and implement end-to-end process and technology flows for partners.
6. Manage ongoing partnerships and remain accountable for business delivery from each partner.
Partnership Portfolio Management
1. Drive digital business growth, transactions, and customer engagement across partners.
2. Track, measure, and improve key performance metrics such as bookings, adoption, and activation.
3. Monitor business metrics including cross-sell, up-sell, spends, revenue, and fee income.
4. Analyze user behavior and identify key business opportunities in collaboration with product and analytics teams.
5. Ensure timely internal and external reporting on portfolio performance based on a predefined reporting cadence.
Work Experience
1. Prior experience in managing alliances to drive digital business will be an added advantage.
2. Experience in partnerships and offer management within the financial services industry will be a bonus.
