
Lead - Business Strategy & Planning
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Drive the annual and long-term strategic planning process in collaboration with business and finance teams.
- Develop and evaluate business cases for new initiatives, partnerships, and market entry strategies.
- Monitor execution of strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Identify and assess macroeconomic, regulatory, and industry trends to inform strategic direction.
2. Business Performance Management
- Design and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs for business units.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth levers, cost optimization opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
- Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with actionable insights.
3. Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer segmentation analysis.
- Track regulatory changes and assess their impact on business strategy.
- Prepare strategic notes, whitepapers, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Finance, Risk, Digital, and Operations teams to align on strategic priorities.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and strategy offsites.
- Act as a PMO for key transformation and innovation projects.
5. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Prepare board-level presentations, investor decks, and CXO briefing documents.
- Support M&A evaluations, due diligence, and post-merger integration (if applicable).
