Overall Job Description

- Experience of around 10 - 15 years leading team of Data Engineer and Data Scientist in Indian Pvt. Banking sector

- Demonstrate analytical leadership in developing and positioning apt solutions to Unsecured (PL, BL) or Secured retail asset businesses

- Lead functional assessments to understand and solution requirements across various business units with specific focus on possible usage and application of Data, Analytics within retail asset functions

- Identify analytical opportunity across credit life cycle Acquisition, Portfolio Management and Collection

- Develop and implement data driven strategies to optimize retail asset performance, aligning with overall business growth

- Required to develop data-driven analytics to monitor the asset quality and minimize the credit risk of retail portfolio

- Identification of Cross-Sell / Up-Sell Opportunities - Increase Market Share with Sustained Profitability by Cross-Sell / Up-Sell of retail lending products

- Ensure timely communication of scorecard monitoring and validation along with insights and recommendations

- Work closely with cross functional teams portfolio, Sales, Product, Marketing, collections to integrate analytics into decision making processes

- Create visually appealing and insightful dashboards, charts, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders

- Candidate to have good working knowledge on Databricks/Python/SAS/SQL

- Hands on Knowledge of Microsoft products like Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word
