Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Craft and drive a compelling brand narrative aligned to long-term business goals and purpose.
- Build a distinctive, consistent brand identity across all consumer and corporate touchpoints.
- Lead reputation building and narrative shaping for the institution.
Integrated Marketing & Communications:
- Develop full-funnel integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, on-ground, retail, and owned channels.
- Partner with digital and performance teams to link brand building with business impact.
- Build always-on brand presence through cultural moments, tent-pole events, and high-impact storytelling.
- Leads crisis communications, media relations, executive / leadership messaging, and ensures alignment of corporate messaging with business strategy, regulatory expectations, and stakeholder needs.
- Define and drive the Bank's overall corporate communications strategy across internal, external, digital, and leadership platforms.
- Guide the development of corporate campaigns and leadership communication programs such as the MD's webcast and other internal events.
- Manage communication support for Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, and other business units to enhance client engagement and brand visibility.
Content, Social & Community:
- Shape the content strategy across brand, product, and thought-leadership narratives.
- Lead the Bank's social media strategy - engagement, community management, KOL/influencer partnerships & real-time reputation management.
- Drive multimedia content development - video, social storytelling, podcasts, blogs, campaigns.
Customer Experience & Touchpoints:
- Ensure cohesive and premium brand experience across branch, digital platforms, CRM, loyalty, events, and frontline channels.
- Lead brand design and UX alignment, ensuring every interaction reflects brand ethos.
Partnerships & Sponsorships:
- Lead brand alliances, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships to build relevance and awareness.
- Unlock co-marketing opportunities to scale reach and impact.
Insights, Data & Measurement:
- Build a data-led approach to brand health, customer sentiment, media effectiveness, and content performance.
- Mine consumer and category insights to fuel creativity and innovation.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead internal brand, content, and design teams along with creative, media, PR, digital, and social partners.
- Partner cross-functionally with business lines, product, digital, CX, and PR teams to ensure aligned brand storytelling.
