About the Role:
You would be part of Analytics team and work on cutting edge problems for the bank. The individual will work closely with the stakeholders across risk, business, partnerships, digital, strategy in creating, and refining campaign strategies to augment profitability and growth for the bank. The incumbent will majorly be responsible with coming up data driven and actionable insights and build models and have effective communication and present to stakeholders. The candidate will work in close collaboration with digital product, growth, and credit risk teams
Job Responsibilities:
- 4-8 years of experience in model development, validation and monitoring (End to end).
- Good experience in building large and complex data models in Python
- Strong SQL and Power Query exposure
- Good exposure in working with Azure databricks and Pyspark.
- Able to deal at a global level on model (need to understand access set-up, how to make the data global, how to create control and content level accesses)
- Strategy development based on reporting is added advantage.
Education, Work Experience, Key Skill Set Requirements:
- Experience in SQL, Python
- Strong and in-depth understanding of data modelling, visualization and ability to drive the story thru the dashboard
- Strong strategic thought leadership and problem-solving skills with ability to tackle unstructured and complex business problems
- Ability to build & use relationships and influence broadly across the organization
- Results driven with strong project management skills, ability to work on multiple priorities
- Handling of automated dashboards, upscaling and maintenance of ongoing reports.
