IndusInd Bank - Credit Manager

Credit Underwriting:

- Assess new and enhanced credit proposals for working capital facilities.

- Analyze financial statements, projections, and industry trends to evaluate creditworthiness.

- Prepare detailed risk advisories covering business, financial, management, and structural risks.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Present credit recommendations to senior credit committees, influencing key decisions.

- Conduct meetings with company management and lenders; perform site and plant visits for holistic credit evaluation.

- Portfolio Management

Compliance & Coordination:

- Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and RBI guidelines.

- Coordinate with legal, valuation, and operations teams to facilitate timely disbursements.

Qualifications & Skills:

- CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

- 9 years of experience in credit underwriting for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and risk assessment.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Familiarity with RBI regulations and corporate banking products.
