Roles & responsibilities:  - Support in client analytics to drive cross-sell across two business units of the bank   - Data analytics to identify potential customer segments which can be targeted for cross-sell of specific products   - Leverage bureau data to optimize customer product proposition and identify take-over opportunities  - Regression testing of different hypothesis in SAS/SPSS (or other statistical package) to identify the important factors affecting cross-sell propensity  - Work with Head-Analytics for Cross-sell to refine and build hypothesis for client segmentation and targeting for specific products  - Work with Head-Analytics in building propensity model for cross-sell of different products   - Conduct impact analysis of different cross-sell hypotheses   - Generation of leads based on analytics   - Compiling dashboards of sales for Synergy business periodically   - Tracking and Compiling status reports of the uploaded leads from the customer relationship management software (Talisma)  Required skill-set/target candidate profile:  - Minimum experience of 1- 2 years in the role of data analytics  - Proficiency in database technologies such as SAS, Microsoft Access, SQL and Microsoft Excel is mandatory  - Experience in use of statistical regression techniques (such as logistic regression, cluster analysis, significance testing) using software such as SAS/SPSS/any other statistics software is preferable but not mandatory  - Basic minimum education qualification: Graduate in any stream  - Bachelors / Masters in statistics / computers would be preferable
