Overall Job Description

- Drive business growth through the use of data and insights for the Secured (HL/LAP/AGRI/GOLD LOAN) and Unsecured Assets ( Credit Cards, PL, BL)

- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends or patterns.

- Leverage analytics to drive insights for optimizing Activations/ Acquisition strategy /credit line / spends / promotions / Pricing / Channel mix / risk / X-Sell /Bases for secured and unsecured portfolio/products, provide data driven solutions to improve portfolio quality and profitability.

- Ability to understand complex business problems, end to end hands on exposure to analytics- including collecting, pulling and preparing data, building statistical/ ML models using Python/ SAS & other tools and generating insights

- Prepare management dashboards & MIS to ensure appropriate in-depth tracking of Retail portfolio at multiple segments

- Identify data anomalies, outliers, and data quality issues, and propose solutions for data cleansing and enhancement.

- Create visually appealing and insightful dashboards, charts, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders

- Candidate to have good working knowledge on Databricks/Python/SAS/SQL

- Hands on Knowledge of Microsoft products like Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word

- Banking / NBFC / Fintech domain knowledge
