Description:

Credit Proposal & Sanctioning:

- Prepare comprehensive and well-structured credit proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

- Conduct detailed financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence for cases ranging from 250 Cr to 750 Cr.

- Present proposals effectively to credit committees and secure timely approvals from the risk team.

- Demonstrate strong understanding of credit appraisal techniques and regulatory guidelines.

Disbursement Process:

- Manage end-to-end disbursement activities, including legal documentation, property valuation, and adherence to compliance norms.

- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth and timely execution of sanctioned facilities.

Portfolio Management:

- Monitor client portfolios on a daily basis to identify early warning signals and mitigate potential risks.

- Track financial performance, covenant compliance, and market developments impacting client businesses.

- Identify and address value-destroying assets proactively.

Business Development:

- Support RM in acquiring new clients and expanding the banks footprint in the ELC segment.

- Deepen the share of wallet by cross-selling products and services to existing clients.

- Maintain strong knowledge of the local market and build relationships with leading SME and corporate clients.

Structuring & Negotiation:

- Design and structure credit facilities tailored to client needs while aligning with the banks risk appetite and profitability goals.

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients in synergy with RM to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong expertise in credit analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment.

- Thorough understanding of disbursement processes, including legal and valuation aspects.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills for committee interactions.

- In-depth knowledge of local market dynamics and key SME players.

- Ability to work collaboratively with RMs and cross-functional teams.

- Proven track record of handling large-ticket credit proposals and achieving business growth.
