BU/Function - Commercial Banking
Reports to : Relationship Manager/Team Leader
Locations / Regions handled Pan India
Product Portfolio : Universal Banking Products including Working Capital, Term Loan, Structured Trade, FX, Investment Banking.
Overall Job Description:
- The candidate will be required to write good quality credits proposals, assist the Relationship Manager in operations of the existing portfolio and in acquiring new business.
- Candidate will be assisting the RM in effectively managing the portfolio of clients. Part of which is bringing aggressive growth through SANCTION & DISBURSEMENT of new to bank in the Corporate Banking segment.
- Well versed with credit for note preparing and proposing & getting the case sanctioned from risk.
- Must be thorough with disbursement process (legal / valuation, etc.),
- Should have the ability and past experience of putting the case in front of committee for sanction,
- Should have knowledge of the local market where he / she knows the leading Mid Corporate Clients
- Ability to structure the facilities as per the client and bank's need.
EDUCATION:
Essential requirement: Graduate or Post Graduate
Preferred: CA / MBA Finance
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Essential requirement: Minimum 3 years and above
Preferred: 3 to 10 years work experience in the Banking Industry
- Needs to have handled a similar role in a peer Bank,
- Multi-tasking with crisis management capabilities,
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
- Balanced Sales and credit orientation. Should have customer focus.
