Position : Supply chain Manager

Department : Logistics/Stores/Warehouse

Reporting To : VP Operations

Job Summary :

Responsible for managing daily logistics, warehouse & store operations, including inventory control, material handling, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Store & Warehouse Operations :

- Manage daily store and warehouse operations efficiently

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials

- Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP/ERP systems

- Issue materials as per approved requisitions

- Conduct stock verification and inventory audits regularly

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities

- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance

- Maintain GRN, delivery notes, invoices, and related documentation

Logistics Management :

- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations

- Coordinate transportation, shipment scheduling, and delivery tracking

- Work with freight forwarders and transport vendors for timely dispatches

- Ensure proper logistics and shipping documentation

- Monitor logistics costs and improve operational efficiency

- Resolve logistics and supply chain-related issues effectively

Supply Chain Coordination :

- Coordinate with procurement, production, and planning teams

- Ensure uninterrupted material availability for production

- Analyze inventory movement and generate MIS reports

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field

- 5-10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations

- Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry preferred

- Knowledge of SAP/ERP and inventory management systems

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency in SAP & MS Excel and reporting

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in manufacturing/engineering Logistics/warehouse/stores

- Knowledge of barcode systems & stock control

- Familiarity with safety and material handling

Salary & Benefits :

- Annual Salary (In-hand) : AED 60,000~84,000 (INR 15.5~21.5 LPA)

- Performance variable Incentive : AED 15,000~10,500 (up to 25% annually) (INR 5.50~5.25 LPA)
