Position Overview:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Sr. Sales Manager / CEO / Managing Director

Location: Sharjah, UAE

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a strong engineering background to lead our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven sales track record, exceptional leadership abilities, and the capability to communicate complex technical concepts with clarity. The role requires frequent international travel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Leadership: Lead, guide, and develop the sales team to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.

- Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and formulate strategies to expand the global heat-exchanger business.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while developing new business accounts.

- Technical Expertise: Leverage engineering knowledge to articulate technical features and performance characteristics of heat exchangers to customers.

- Communication: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Travel Requirements: Willingness to undertake frequent international travel-particularly to North America and Europe.

- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify emerging opportunities and risks.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree (engineering background preferred).

- 10-18 years of sales experience in tangible engineering or industrial products.

- Documented international travel experience across North America and Europe.

- 10-12 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international business environment.

- High flexibility and readiness for frequent travel as per business needs.

Preferred Industry Background:

Automotive | Bearings | Engineering | Heavy Manufacturing

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary & Incentives:

- Monthly Salary: AED 15,000 (or as determined based on the candidate's current salary and interview performance). The final compensation will be aligned with industry standards.

- Annual Performance Incentive: Up to 25% of the annual salary, based on individual and company performance.

Additional Benefits:

- UAE Employment Visa provided by the company

- 15 days of hotel accommodation upon arrival

- General / Factory Accident Medical Insurance (company-provided)

- 30 days of paid annual leave

- Return air ticket upon completion of a 2-year contract

- Other Terms

- Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable)

- Probation Period: 6 months

- Weekly Off: Sunday + applicable company public holidays

- Food I Accommodation I Initial air ticket to UAE I Emirates ID expenses
