Purpose of your role : - Drive the growth and success of our firm by strategically identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier and diverse talent, building strong relationships with educational institutions, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Key Responsibilities : As an Early Careers Recruitment Specialist, your roles and responsibilities will include (and will not be limited to) : - Build and maintain strong relationships with top tier universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to enhance our campus recruitment efforts. - Plan, organize, and execute campus recruitment events such as pre-placement talks, workshops, and on-campus interviews. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Support in development and execution of innovative strategies for talent acquisition, focusing on campus recruitment. - Assist in lateral hiring recruitment efforts by collaborating with recruitment team to identify and attract experienced professionals. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, serving as a brand ambassador for our company. - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously refining our recruitment strategies and processes. - Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards, management information systems (MIS), and reporting mechanisms to track recruitment metrics and performance indicators. - Utilize data insights from recruitment dashboards and MIS to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to optimize recruitment processes and outcomes.
