Overall Job Description:
To acquire and manage New Economy relationships, driving operating balances, transaction banking revenues and cross-sell across New Economy clients.
1. Coverage Universe:
- Digital-first companies (excluding fintech's)
- SaaS, D2C, consumer tech, platform companies
- IT / ITES and GCCs
- Growth-stage startups and mature new-age companies
- PE / VC / AIF funds and GIFT City ecosystem entities
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Acquire new Economy clients through direct sourcing and ecosystem referrals.
- Manage end-to-end client lifecycle: on boarding, activation and deepening.
- Drive primary operating account relationships.
3. Liabilities & Transaction Banking Growth:
- Build CASA, TD and escrow balances.
- Champion end-to-end banking solutions CMS, Trade, FX, Supply Chain, API-led Digital & Connected Banking, Working capital
- Partner with product, operations and technology teams for solutioning
- Cross sell- retail and third party products
