The incumbent would focus on driving Central Strategy, Planning & providing Support to BC Operations team or the entire gamut of Business verticals and would be extensively engaging with all department heads.
- Strategic planning of short term and long term business & financial objectives
- Planning initiatives for improving Efficiencies across business verticals basis strategic plan
- Translating strategic direction to operational structure and assigning role based quantifiable goals.
- Work on Support initiatives to ensure seamless implementation of projects and initiatives conceived from HO into the field (through the ZBH's & the operations staff).
- Initiate automation of Operational processes across the field and work on creating automated dashboards by working closely with Technology teams.
- Conceptualize & plan new business opportunities and pursue business initiatives in close co-ordination with the HO functions and field.
- Optimize business & operational structure for various verticals and allocate resources at zone/region level with associated frameworks like DR span , cost of business acquisition. Work on the concept of Quality & Profitable growth.
- Monitor (through technology) governance policies and frameworks and associated outcome for adherence/non-adherence of operational policies
- Liaison with internal/external stakeholders to manage a variety of strategic business projects contributing to the topline and bottom line
- Promote synergistic approach by weaving strategic imperatives of various verticals.
- Setup a center of excellence which will design & drive robust, effective & impeccable processes on performance management, field force automation
- Use AI/AI Agents for process automation and efficiencies
- Relationship management with all channel partners , service providers & support departments
- Undertake research Studies for effective decision making and comprehensive analysis.
- Develop comprehensive but targeted and insightful reports, review mechanism & presentations to the management.
- Expense Analysis and Reporting, preparing and maintaining analysis on new opportunities for various businesses, channels, and regulatory environment
- Drive Cost Optimization & Rationalization Initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the industry regulatory updates and analyze impact on business model
