
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for UAV/drone products, solutions, and services.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposals, negotiations, closures, and post-sales coordination.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across government, PSU, defense, and enterprise customers.
- Key Account & Client Management Manage and grow relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Understand customer requirements and propose customized UAV solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitors, and industry trends.
- Support leadership in defining go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning.
- Explore partnerships, channel sales, and alliances to expand market reach.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
- 8-10+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in UAV, aerospace, defense, robotics, GIS, or industrial technology.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
- Strong understanding of drone/UAV ecosystem, DGCA regulations, and industry applications.
- Experience in government and enterprise sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup/technology environment.
