The role of a Marketing Lead will work with CEO and relevant stakeholders to create marketing plans for driving business growth through strategic branding, increasing market visibility, generating leads, and aligning marketing efforts with the company's operational capabilities.

2. This position requires a blend of traditional and digital marketing expertise, coupled with a deep understanding of the complex supply chain ecosystem.

3. The incumbent will be responsible for clear strategies focused on enhancing Indospace branding , visibility , generating leads, creating programs - online and offline to generate business through branding , promotions and other initiatives .

4, Experience of relevant domain - Real estate , logistics, Realty , supply chain , warehousing will be an added advantage

Core Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Crafting and executing comprehensive marketing and outreach strategies across all logistics verticals, including warehousing, transportation, customs broking, and freight forwarding.

- Brand Management: Strengthening the brand's visibility and ensuring a consistent, strong brand message across all channels (digital, print, events, etc.) to resonate with current and potential stakeholders like importers, exporters, and shipping lines.

- Business Development Support: Collaborating closely with sales and business development teams by providing client pitches, proposals, and capability decks to support new client acquisition and market expansion.

- Digital and Content Marketing: Developing and implementing social media and digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic and generate B2B leads. This includes managing website content, SEO strategies, and email marketing activities.

- Performance Analysis: Setting, monitoring, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to analyze campaign effectiveness, measure ROI, and guide data-led decisions for continuous improvement.

- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams (operations, sales, finance) and external partners (shipping lines, port authorities, vendors) to ensure seamless service delivery and address complaints.

- Market Intelligence: Monitoring market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities, customer segments, and partnership possibilities.

- Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and developing the marketing team, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.

- Education: Master's degree in Marketing Management or a related discipline often preferred from a premier institute

- Experience : 12-15 years of strong relevant experience preferably within the logistics, supply chain, real estate , warehousing etc

- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP systems (like SAP), and data analysis tools.
