Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to lead the Human Resources and Industrial Relations functions at our Pithampur plant.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, statutory compliance, training & development, performance management, HR analytics, and employee engagement.
Additionally, the role involves managing industrial relations, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive work environment aligned with company values and strategic goals.
Talent Acquisition
- Conduct job interviews, assessments, and background verification.
- Manage onboarding and orientation processes.
Payroll & Compliance
- Ensure timely compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage annual variable pay, bonus payouts, and leave encashment coordination with the corporate team.
Employee Communication & Relations
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through transparent communication.
- Facilitate internal communications, conflict resolution, and operate the HR Helpdesk.
Performance Management
- Support managers with performance-related interventions.
- Handle promotions, transfers, and exits aligned with organizational goals.
Compensation & Benefits
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and salary structure analysis.
HR Projects
- Maintain accurate HR data and ensure confidentiality.
- Lead regional inputs for Indore Group Newsletter and I-Care initiatives.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs aligned with company values and cultural pillars.
- Foster team building and morale through creative activities.
Health & Safety Coordination
- Drive wellness initiatives and manage worker compensation cases.
Industrial Relations (IR): Labor Relations & Compliance
- Administer and interpret labor agreements.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure full legal compliance with labor laws, including working hours, wages, and safety.
Experience: 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in plant-level HR and IR roles.
- Proven experience in managing payroll, compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and labor laws.
- Exposure to manufacturing or production environments is preferred.
Technical Proficiency: HRIS (preferably HROne, SYMCO), MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
