IndoFast Energy - Technical Program Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE :

We're not looking for someone who manages spreadsheets and sends meeting recaps. We're looking for someone who gets things done across messy org boundaries, with opinionated stakeholders, under pressure, without excuses.

This role sits at the intersection of program management, product operations, and business execution. You'll own the rhythm of delivery across multiple workstreams, work directly with Sales, Product, and Tech teams, and be the person everyone knows will find a way through not around hard problems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

- Own end-to-end program planning and execution across cross-functional initiatives from kickoff to closure

- Be the single source of truth for program health : timelines, risks, blockers, dependencies

- Run Jira like a power user build and maintain project boards, sprint structures, dashboards, and reporting workflows that actually get used

- Drive stakeholder alignment across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Business teams including senior leadership

- Identify bottlenecks before they become escalations; resolve conflicts before they become politics

- Translate business goals into structured execution plans; translate execution chaos into clear status for leadership

- Hold teams accountable without authority through influence, clarity, and sheer follow-through

MUST-HAVE :

- 5 to 6 years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, or a hybrid Business/Product role Jira expert not just a user. You've built workflows, configured projects, created custom dashboards, and trained others

- Prior exposure to Sales teams or product-facing roles you understand GTM cycles, CRM logic, or product lifecycle pressures

- Strong personality, stronger spine you push back on senior stakeholders with data and confidence, not aggression

- Street-smart problem solver you find paths when there are no playbooks4 Exceptional written and verbal communication crisp one-pager for a CEO and a tough cross-team standup in the same afternoon

- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and high-stakes environments

GOOD TO HAVE :

- Experience with Confluence, Notion, or similar documentation/wiki tools

- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery frameworks

- Exposure to B2B SaaS, fintech, mobility, or high-growth startup environments

- Experience in stakeholder reporting, OKR tracking, or executive dashboards

- PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification (valued, not required)
