Role Overview:

The Program Manager will drive strategic initiatives, streamline BD processes, and enable the B2B team to accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage strategic programs end-to-end.

- Create program frameworks, dashboards, and review cadences.

- Support BD team with proposals, solution design, and RFP management.

- Drive CFR across BD, Ops, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, and CX.

- Implement process improvements and SOPs.

- Build CRM hygiene and BD performance tracking.

- Manage dashboards and revenue forecasts.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong program & project management skills

- Analytical and data-driven

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

- Tools Exposure: Google Sheets, Excel & SQL

Preferred Experience:

- 4-8 years in Program Management / Sales PMO / Strategy roles

- Exposure to B2B, EV, energy, mobility, logistics, SaaS

- Startup experience preferred
