Roles & responsibilities:

1. End to end Planning, Monitoring, control and execution of deployment of MQIS as monthly, quarterly & yearly roll out plan.

2. Executing all deployment related activities as per targets.

3. Develop existing and new vendors by proper trainings and evaluation process.

4. Plan decommissioning & recommissioning of MQIS against low utilization sites.

5. Support for preparation and improvisation of deployment SOPs.

6. Evaluate vendor performances to ensure work as per quality norms.

7. Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, i.e. Infra, Process & EB team for smooth deployment as per target.

8. Research & benchmark competitors' products, services and operations and perform technical research as required to identify best practices.

9. Stay up to date with the EV industry trends, upcoming developments and have eyes and ears on the ground.

10. Participate in periodic project reviews and audits, maintaining accurate and timely project reporting.

11. Perform Root cause analysis through tools such as Fishbone diagrams.

12. Anticipate and communicate program risks and propose risk mitigation plan.

13. Forecast and predict costs, resources, and man for future/ desired stated environments.

14. Lead, develop and train project & program teams on standard guidelines and compliances pertaining to relevant IS/IEC standards, as applicable.

Desired Skills & Experience:

1. Experience: Minimum 5+ years working experience in Automotive/ EV/ Charging Infra Industry/Power

2. B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics) from reputed institute or equivalent exposure in startup ecosystem.

3. Preferable Certifications:

3.1. Six Sigma Green Belt/Lean Six Sigma certification.

3.2. PMP or PgMP

3.3. Agile or CSM certification

4. Soft skills:

4.1. Respectful and appreciative of different personality styles, thinking, backgrounds, and cultures and positively handle potential disruptive and hostile environments.

4.2. Outstanding integrity and the ability to always seek to do the right thing for the client right first time.

4.3. Excellent client interaction skills, collaborative work style, and strong interpersonal and team skills.

4.4. Prior experience of leading teams, projects, and programs.

5. Problem solving:

5.1. Analyse highly tangled problems that require connecting the dots and proposing potential solutions.

5.2. Ability to think wholistically and identify key issues, analyze data, and make recommendations to address problems.

5.3. Proven quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.

6. Ability to think out of the box, driven by numbers, rely on logic and rationality in decision making.

7. A proactive and open-minded attitude to resolving problems and delivering results.

8. Passion to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

9. Passion for electric vehicles, new technology, and making a difference.

10. Expertise in MS-office suite usage (Excel, Projects, PowerPoint) and collaborative tools (MS Teams, SharePoint).
