Key Responsibilities:
- Lead city-level strategy and execution for private partnership and franchise network expansion.
- Identify, evaluate and onboard new franchise partners aligned with Indofasts business model.
- Develop business plans to achieve city-wise station growth targets and network milestones.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis and opportunity assessment for new locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure smooth station operations.
- Drive profitability and sustainability for franchise partners through continuous support and monitoring.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing and central teams for partner enablement and performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, operational guidelines and customer experience benchmarks at all franchise locations.
- Represent Indofast in local market forums and establish the company as the preferred partner in EV battery-swapping infrastructure.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Management or related field.
- 58 years of experience in business development, franchise expansion or network building (EV/automobile/retail/logistics sectors preferred).
- Strong negotiation, networking and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in delivering growth through partner-led models.
- Strong analytical ability to assess business potential and optimize market opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with execution-oriented leadership.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
