Role Overview:
Were looking for a dynamic Assistant Program Manager to work closely with the Business Development team. Youll be the bridge between Business Development and cross functional teams, ensuring timely onboarding of vehicles, partners, tracking performance metrics, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of Customer and vehicle onboarding
- Coordinate with CFT for smooth onboarding and resolution of operational issues
- Assist in developing sales SOPs, process flows, and documentation
- Prepare weekly/monthly reviews, updates, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and flag risks, delays, or bottlenecks in implementation and drive corrective actions
- Bring hustle, structure, and follow-through no excuses
What Were Looking For:
- 24 years of experience in program management / sales ops / business development (preferably in mobility, EV, logistics, or tech startup)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and CRM tools
- Data-driven mindset with a knack for tracking what matters
- Go-getter attitude self-starter, problem-solver, and ready to get their hands dirty
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus (not mandatory)
