Job Description: Creative & Design Head

About The Role:


The Creative & Design Head at Indobevs will drive all creative strategies across product design, branding, and consumer communication, especially through social media channels. The role will require collaboration with marketing, product, and digital teams to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints. The Creative & Design Head will be the creative force behind the companys brand identities, bringing innovative ideas to life and ensuring they resonate with consumers. This role includes recruiting and nurturing an in-house creative team with skills across design, video production, editing, copywriting, etc.

Experience


Who You Are:


8-10 years of experience in a creative/design agency or similar environment, working with brands that prioritize new age design thinking, digital, and social media.

Education:


Bachelors degree in Marketing, or a related field.

What You Bring To The Table:


- Creative Vision: A strong ability to craft compelling visual and written narratives that align with brand strategy and consumer insights.


- Social Media Expertise: Expertise in creating communication strategies focused on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.


- Product Design Acumen: Experience in designing product packaging and ensuring it aligns with the brands premium positioning.


- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and lead creative teams, with strong collaboration skills to work across marketing and product development.


- Trend Sensitivity: Keen eye for emerging trends in both design and digital communication to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

Key Responsibilities:


- Brand Conceptualization & Identity Creation: Conceptualize and create new brands. Formulate identity, packaging & communication for the same. Additionally, evaluate and revive the brand health of existing brands from design & communication point of view.


- Creative Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies that define the visual and verbal identity of Indobevs product lines, with a focus on upcoming product launches.


- Product Design: Lead product packaging and design efforts, ensuring they are innovative and reflective of consumer tastes.


- Consumer Communication: Design communication strategies, especially on social media, to create engaging and relevant brand stories.


- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of content across digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with the overall brand aesthetic and voice.


- Collaboration: Work closely with the PR, brand, and trade marketing teams to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns and product launches.


- Innovation: Continuously look for ways to push creative boundaries and introduce disruptive ideas that resonate with the target audience.

- Brand success from packaging, communication & consumer engagement point of view.

- Growth in consumer engagement across social media platforms.
