Desired profile : Significant Experience in end-to-end deal management for Commercial, Industrial, warehousing or Supply Chain solution - Prior experience in a Business Development role within sectors such as 3PL, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Real Estate Job Responsibilities : - Generate new business opportunities across target Industrial sectors which ensues into qualified leads - Meet existing customers with the help of respective regional leasing head to build relationships - Conduct research, identify prospects, and qualify leads through outbound outreach - Meet with referral clients, existing clients/ business associates - Research, prospect & qualify leads from databases provided by Marketing - Meet and build relationships with Industrial sector key decision makers - Enhance Engagement with Influencers- Trade / Government Key Central Ministries, State Governments (IDC CEO's and Industries Commissionaire), FDI Institutions, Embassies, sector associations, trade associations - Attend events/conferences planned by Marketing to meet with potential clients - Research and qualify leads from the potential list of companies provided by regional leasing head and enter data into CRM - Monthly report on client meetings and lead generation status
