News about INDOFAST: Indian Oil ties up with Sun Mobility for battery-swapping business Location: Delhi/NCR Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage strong relationships with OEMs, particularly in the EV 2W/4W segment. - Act as the Chief of Staff to the B2C Business Head (VP - Business Development), supporting retail business scale-up across India. - Drive demand and production mapping with OEMs; develop strong partnerships with dealer networks to build a retail case for the Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, after-sales, fleet, operations) to create and execute plans for marketing, customer service, and retail rollout. - Gather on-ground market insights and align them with strategic planning and forecasting requirements. - Act as the single point of contact between OEMs and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business objectives. - Support day-to-day operational needs, ensure information flow across stakeholders, and lead data-driven decision-making.
