Title: Manager

Reporting To: Head - Accounts & Finance

Role Objective:

The role is designed for a high-calibre CA, where responsibilities will be aligned based on the individual's technical strength, exposure, and interest areas across accounting, reporting, compliance, and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Close

- Handle end-to-end accounting activities including GL scrutiny, journal entries, and reconciliations

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

- Ensure accuracy of books in line with Ind AS / Accounting Standards

- Review balance sheet schedules and ageing reports

2. Financial Reporting & MIS

- Preparation and review of MIS, variance analysis, and management reports

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis

- Provide financial insights to support decision-making

3. Statutory, Tax & Regulatory Compliance

- Coordination for statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits

- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax compliances

- Liaison with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities

4. Process Improvement & Controls

- Strengthening internal controls and standard operating procedures

- Identify areas for process automation and e?iciency improvements

- Support implementation or optimization of SAP accounting systems

5. Business & Stakeholder Support

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, operations)

- Provide financial support for commercial decisions and cost optimisation

- Ad-hoc analysis and special projects assigned by CFO

Candidate Profile (Calibre-Focused)

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- Strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and compliances

- Good analytical ability with attention to detail

- Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership, individual contributor

- Ability to grow into larger responsibilities based on performance and interest

Growth Orientation

The final role scope, KRAs, and growth path will be aligned based on:

- Depth of experience
