- 15 to 20 years in chemical sales business (Domestic & International).
CTC: Based on experience.
Note:
- Chemical sales experience is mandatory for this role.
- WATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS & PLANTS OR ADDITIVE BUSINESS.
- ESPECIALLY FOR FERTILIZER INDUSTRY.
Job Purpose: Developing New Customers & Maintaining the existing customers to achieve the sales targets, quality objective local dept.
Main Duties, Roles & Responsibilities:
- New customer development, new business area & suggesting the new products.
- Set sales budget, weekly and monthly review & other dept related issue.
- Co-ordination with concern departments in HO to carry the day-to-day activities on regular basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- To look after sales of Specialty Chemicals division.
- To prepare the business strategies for new and existing products in consultation with top management.
- To plan and coordinate with top management to decide participation in trade fairs and Exhibition.
- To develop Business of new products and generate new customers.
- To monitor realization of all the payments in time.
- To coordinate with different sales offices/company representative's Pan-India for follow up and regular orders / new business.
- To guide team members with old leads to develop business / Team handling for assigned segment.
- To supervise the sales team and check / follow all the compliances.
