Key Responsibilities:
- As a Branch Manager, you'll be the pivotal leader responsible for the overall success and profitability of your assigned branch operations.
- You'll drive both sales performance and operational efficiency, ensuring our presence in the market is strong and our customer relationships thrive.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Branch P&L Management: Take complete ownership of the branch's Profit & Loss (P&L), driving revenue growth and managing operational costs to achieve financial targets.
- Sales & Business Development: Drive sales performance within your branch territory, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities with distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing branch team, including sales and potentially service support staff.
- You'll be responsible for hiring, training, performance management, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Channel Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners in your area, ensuring optimal product placement, visibility, and sales support.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all branch operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination, timely collections, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demands to adapt strategies and identify growth opportunities specific to your branch's region.
- Promotional Execution: Ensure effective execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives at the branch level.
- Customer Satisfaction: Champion customer satisfaction by overseeing smooth sales processes and coordinating with service teams to address post-sales needs.
- Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reports on branch performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in sales and/or branch management within the Consumer Electronics or Home Appliances industry is mandatory.
- Proven track record of managing a branch or a significant sales territory, demonstrating P&L accountability.
- Strong knowledge of distribution networks, retail operations, and modern trade channels in the electronics/appliance sector.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team, with a focus on target achievement and individual development.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Strong business acumen, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned branch territory
