About:

- Govern end-to-end delivery of banking & finance projects, ensuring alignment with strategic and regulatory objectives.

- Track project progress on scope, cost, timelines, and compliance, driving adherence to quality standards.

- Prepare portfolio dashboards, MIS, and senior management reports with actionable insights.

- Support financial tracking, resource planning, and cost optimization across programs.

- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.

- Standardize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) across initiatives.

- Utilize Jira, Confluence, and MS Project for planning, tracking, documentation, and governance.

- Collaborate with business, technology, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

- Drive automation and reporting through tools like Power BI/Tableau for executive decision-making.

- Contribute to PMO maturity by implementing continuous process improvements and best practices.
