Drive special projects/recruiting initiatives to design and implement an overall recruiting strategy that can result in meeting TA strategic imperatives like offering state-of-the-art candidate experience and maintaining healthy diversity pipelines.

You will implement tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights and manage a young and enthusiastic team! The ability to communicate effectively is essential.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure assigned roles are covered with a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.

- Engage with internal teams and new hires to expand your network.

- Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to develop a sourcing strategy for maintaining top-quality candidate pipelines.

- Research, source, attract, engage, and excite candidates about opportunities at Indium Tech.

- Conduct HR negotiation and Cultural fitment round.

- Ensure that unconscious bias is removed from the selection process.

- Be the point of contact with stakeholders to understand and meet the stakeholders' expectations.

- Curate Market Research for specific skills as per stakeholder requirements and justify the hiring strategy.

- Promote our employer brand online and offline.

- Maintain data integrity by ensuring all activities, engagements, and updates on candidates are properly documented in ATS.

- Maintain detailed trackers and progress for all requirements.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Recruitment.

- Ability to maintain high volume and niche roles with a healthy pipeline in a fast-paced business environment.

- Hands-on experience in Technical recruitment, specialising in analytics-related hiring and managing a team.

- Ability to determine general fit for engineering teams based on required and desired qualifications.

- Develop and maintain multiple strategies resulting in the engagement of passive technical candidates.

- Experience advising Recruiters and Hiring Managers on activity and strategy in order to fill assigned roles, utilising data.
