Education: CA with relevant exposure in Indirect Tax (0-2 years of experience) - Post-qualification experience in GST and Customs including FTP, Service Tax, Central Excise, VAT/ CST, regulatory compliances and litigations - Working knowledge of GST Portal and Indirect Tax laws including FTP - Client facing experience is preferred - Managing end-to-end compliances under GST- preparation/ reviewing tax computations and periodic GST returns - Effectively understanding & responding to regular Indirect Tax queries of clients - Assisting the team in litigation matters of clients including drafting replies to show cause notices, drafting appeals, attending personal hearing, representing the client before authorities, etc. - Preparation and filing of GST refund/ SEIS/ MEIS applications
