
Key Responsibilities:
Pilot Hotel Selection:
- Evaluate and shortlist hotels for international cockpit crew based on safety, proximity, amenities, and commercial viability.
- Conduct periodic audits and inspections to ensure compliance with airline standards.
Roster Coordination & Booking:
- Work closely with the roster planning team to align hotel bookings with pilot schedules.
- Manage day-to-day hotel reservations for pilots across international stations.
Vendor & Contract Management:
- Negotiate and maintain contracts with hotel partners for crew accommodation.
- Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and resolve service-related issues promptly.
Operational Oversight:
- Monitor workflows for hotel booking and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide regular performance reports and cost analysis to senior management.
Compliance & Service Excellence:
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach to enhance pilot experience during layovers.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Hotel Management degree/diploma is a plus.
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in hotel operations or crew accommodation management.
- Prior experience in airline crew operations or travel desk management preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a problem-solving mindset.
