Position Summary:
As the Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the support and enhancement of SuccessFactors HR and Payroll modules and other Saas and inhouse application and its integration with the eco system, ensuring that our HR processes are optimized and aligned with business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver a comprehensive and integrated HR solution.
Job Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scope Definition:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in consultation with key stakeholders.
- Develop a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
End-to-End Implementation:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors HR modules, covering RCM, Payroll, and all other HR functionalities.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and third-party consultants to ensure a cohesive project execution.
- Maintain open communication channels to address concerns and provide regular updates.
Resource Management:
- Coordinate the allocation of resources, both internal and external, to meet project requirements.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Quality Assurance:
- Establish and implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of HR data and processes.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Change Management:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new HR modules.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Implement robust reporting mechanisms to track project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators.
- Conduct post-implementation analysis to measure the effectiveness of the implemented modules.
Education And Experience Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience 10+ years in managing end-to-end implementations of HR applications like SuccessFactors, Oracle, Ramco.
- In-depth knowledge of HR modules, with a focus on Recruitment, Payroll, compensation and other HR functionalities.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
