Role & responsibilities: - Prepare monthly/quarterly/seasonal dealer schemes in alignment with the sales and marketing strategy. - Ensure accurate communication of schemes to all relevant depots and sales teams within defined timelines. - Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to finalize scheme details (discounts, incentives, slabs, targets, timelines). - Track scheme performance and utilization by dealers across different depots. - Generate MIS reports and dashboards to track dealer response, sales lift, and ROI on each scheme. - Act as a point of contact for clarification and issue resolution related to dealer schemes at depot level. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong analytical and coordination skills - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus - Attention to detail and ability to manage timelines - Good communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Qualifications & Experience: - Post-Graduate in Business Administration - 4 years of experience in sales operations, dealer management, or related roles (preferably in FMCG/paint/consumer goods industry)
