Educational Qualification: AME Diploma/ B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/mechanical/ aeronautical).

Scores:

- Min. 60% in 10th, 12th and Graduation.

Work Experience - Relevant/ Total Years:

- 8 -10 years in aviation; if the last employer is an unscheduled airline10 years of experience.

IT Skills: MS Office, Power BI, data visualization tools, excel,.

Additional / Specific Licenses Required: (if any). Nil.

Job Title: Manager Inventory Control & Optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management & Optimization:


- Maintain engineering inventory levels, conducting periodic reviews of non-moving stock and planning for disposal.


- Ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs.


- Track and manage quarantine material disposition processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.


- Develop strategies to mitigate risks related to stock shortages, obsolescence, and supplier delays.

Inventory Performance Analysis:


- Monitor inventory KPIs such as turnover, fill rates, and cycle times.


- Identify inefficiencies and implement classification techniques (ABC analysis, FIFO, etc.) for prioritization.


- Facilitate material provisioning for station upgrades and operational needs.

Inventory Coordination:


- Maintain adequate stock levels for cabin refurbishment, collaborating with BMD.


- Coordinate with respective teams to ensure timely dispatch and pre-loading of materials for lease return checks & C-checks.


- Coordinate with respective teams to ensure IGO inventory consumption booking at MROs via onsite representatives.


- Oversee inventory accounting for both in-house and third-party MROs.

Shelf-Life & Compliance Management:


- Monitor shelf-life expiry items and proactively resolve issues.


- Track and manage lessor/vendor reports on airframe and engine cycles.


- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, supplier agreements, and quality standards.
- Audit compliance.

System Automation & Stock Management:


- Implement AMOS automation for material planning functions.


- Coordinate with Warehouse & Finance for conduct of physical stock verification (PSV).

General Responsibilities:


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory control efficiency.


- Execute additional tasks assigned by management as required.
