Roles & Responsibilities : - A strategic thinker, that not only is the custodian of the dotted aircraft, but also a beacon of exponential innovative thinking + scalable execution. - Has the capability to represent the larger marketing domain and efficiency in working with the C-suite seamlessly. - Key domains - brand strategy/customer comms - domestic & international sales driven/events & activations/marketing operations/internal comms/market research/special projects like growing #nofilterbyIndiGo - Conceptualize and execute the GTM strategy. Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales. - Ensure that the brand positioning and messaging resonates with customers and differentiates our brand in the market. - Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including testing/pilot, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations. - Collaborate with business team to uncover insights for developing marketing for existing and new products. - Creating the annual marketing strategy and forecasting budgets. Identify short and long-term scheduling, resourcing and expenditure needs. - Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends and translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team. - Measurability & projection for the marketing campaigns.
