Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Commerce Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire gamut of IndiGo website and mobile apps development, delivery and operations while closely working and aligning with the Web and Mobile Product Vision and Roadmap. This will also require working with C-Level and Senior business stakeholders and aligning towards delivering their business goals and objectives. This role requires setting up technically advanced, regimental, governed, highly on-time delivery cadence and highly process oriented, robust operations capability. This will involve creating and forming a high performance development & solutioning team/capability that using Modern Digital technology and software engineering to develop modern websites and mobile apps, automate QA processes, implement efficienct common payment gateway and apply advanced Web & Mobile Analytics. This role requires solutioning mindset and technical skillsets leveraging the power of platforms like Adobe multi- solutions, RedHat OCP, Akamai, Juspay and Web Analytics to drive conversion rate optimization and enhance user experience our web and mobile platforms. Your primary focus will be to ensure seamless digital integration with our industry partners and maximize the potential of digital e-commerce for direct sales. Roles & Responsibilities: - Utilize web analytics tools, particularly Adobe multi solutions, to gather and analyze data, generate insights, and optimize performance across our web and mobile platforms. - Development and implementation of strategies for conversion rate optimization, driving increased sales and revenue. - Collaborate with industry partners to extend web and mobile capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and a cohesive user experience. - Harness the potential of digital e-commerce to enhance direct sales through our web and mobile channels. - Integrate and manage seamless payment methods across various consumer personas, ensuring a smooth and secure checkout process. - Implement robust web and mobile support for incident and problem management, implementing standard ITIL support processes to ensure efficient and effective resolution of issues. - Implement latest real-time best practices in web analytics, digital commerce, and conversion rate optimization to continually monitor and enhance customer experience. Qualification & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or MCA. - Proven experience (15+ years) in managing software delivery projects with a focus on .NET technology, preferably within the travel or related domain. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and project management frameworks. - Proficiency in .NET technologies and associated tools, frameworks, and libraries. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead, inspire, and motivate cross-functional teams. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of effectively resolving complex issues.
